Web and E-commerce
The website is the one member of your brand's team that works round the clock. So we build it as a real asset — shaped by the technical requirements and by the needs of your audience.
What web and e-commerce include
01Strategy and planning
Before we write a line of code or lay out a page, we need to know where we are going. Strategy and planning set the structure of the site, the goal of every page, and how a user moves from point A to action. That way every decision that follows is tied to a business goal, not only to aesthetics.
02UX/UI design
The structure is ready — now comes the feel. UX/UI design decides how every page looks and how it feels: the movement between sections, the hierarchy of information, the moments where a user decides whether to stay. We always look for harmony between form and function, so that the user does not merely reach the sale, but makes it with pleasure rather than doubt.
03Website development
A design is worth exactly as much as its final implementation. That is why the development phase is a decisive moment in every project — we make use of the most current platforms and technologies to give you the toolkit you need to succeed in a fast-moving digital world.
04E-commerce development
An online shop is more than a product catalogue — it is the moment where the brand has to convince with no salesperson in the room. We build e-commerce environments where brand and functionality work together, so the user feels secure and the purchase feels natural.
05Social media design
Social media asks for more than design — it asks for efficiency. The sheer daily volume of visual content calls for the right templates and approaches, so that your brand wins not only on quality but on quantity too.
Who it's for
A new website is for you if your current one no longer reflects the business — it looks like it did three years ago, and sales have moved on.
If your brand identity and your website were made by different contractors, and the brand loses trust because of it.
If you want to sell online, but not with a shop that looks like yet another generated template.
If your team wants to update the content itself, without depending on a developer for every change.
It's not for you if you're after a template site built in a single weekend. We see a website as key business infrastructure, not just a pretty picture with no clear purpose.
How the process works
Strategy and planning
Structure, the purpose of every page, and the user's path to action.
UX/UI design
An interface that comes straight from the brand's design system. Nothing gets lost in translation.
Development
We choose the platform or system that fits your goals and needs: Shopify for online shops; Instatic or Webflow for marketing websites and automated web systems.
Testing and handover
We test, launch and hand over the site so your team can maintain the content on its own.
Timeline and investment
Timeline
at least 4 weeks
For a website with a clear, contained structure (up to 5 pages). An online shop and more complex features add production time.
Investment
from €2,500/
monthFor businesses that sell or present themselves online — planning, UX/UI design, development and launch of a website or online shop.
Format
Flexible monthly engagement
Business is dynamic and expectations keep changing, so we let the project's scope narrow or widen as the work goes on.
Capacity
Up to 3 clients at a time
We aim to put our full attention into every project we work on, so we keep the number of new projects in line with our small team.

Questions we often get
Which platforms do you build websites and online shops on?
We have experience with a range of platforms, and our favourites are Instatic, Webflow and Shopify. The choice depends on what the site has to do, not on our preferences. For shops we most often work with Shopify; for content sites, with platforms your team can maintain on its own. When a project needs something beyond off-the-shelf solutions, we build to measure or partner with specialists. More on the process above.
Can I order just packaging or just a website?
Yes, with one caveat: if a brand identity already exists, we build on it; if not, we start with a short strategy phase so we aren't designing blind. Dulmone Giftbox, for example, started from an existing brand identity that grew into gift packaging and print materials without going through a full brand identity.
Do you work with small businesses and startups?
Yes — many of our projects start exactly there. We work with at most three active clients at a time, which means a small project gets the same attention as a large one. If the budget doesn't allow the full scope at once, we split the work into phases and start with the one that will give the most straight away. You can find out more about the studio on the about page.
What do you need from me as a client to get started?
Just a conversation and active involvement. You don't need to come with a finished brief — it is more useful to build the brief together by going through our brand strategy process. Design is a game of constraints, and the most common problem with a brief is that it tries to achieve too much at once. So our first job is to cut the excess and focus on what is key. If there are already materials (old files, research, sales data) we always look at them, but they aren't a requirement. Book a meeting or send an enquiry and we'll start from there.
Do you work with clients outside Bulgaria?
We have experience with clients from all over the world, which makes it easy for us to adapt to any organisational, time-zone and communication needs. We work in Bulgarian and English, and our time zone is EET (UTC+2/+3).
Perhaps what you need is
We have already helped brands around the world like
Professionalism and dedication — the words that most accurately describe the work of the team. Open to collaboration and maintaining high standards in everything they make.
What impressed us most was how quickly they grasped both the business logic and the human side of Gloross. Embrand didn't just design for us — they helped us rediscover who we are as a brand. We now have a brand and online presence that communicate our strengths without us having to say a word — and that's priceless.

Working with Embrand was completely different! They dove so deeply into who we are, what we do and what we believe in which resulted in such an inspiring design that makes me happy and excited anytime I see it.
