THE SITUATION

For the festive season Dulmone wanted to turn its organic honey into a refined gift. The limited-edition box had to feel like an experience rather than another Christmas promotional pack — and carry on the story the brand was already telling on the shelf: honey as nature's treasure. The timeline was tight: the box had to be designed, printed and ready in time for the holidays.

WHAT WE DID

Honey usually lives inside the same cliché — a spoonful in your tea when you're ill, or a drizzle over Sunday pancakes. We decided to flip it: instead of another gift for the kitchen cupboard, the box presents honey as an unexpected cocktail ingredient, where each flavour brings its own character. That became the brochure "Discover your treasure from nature" — six signature recipes named after gemstones, each built around the distinctive taste of a specific honey: from "Fire Opal", mulled wine with orange and cinnamon honey, through "Amber", a whisky sour with coriander honey, to "Amethyst", a violet martini with lavender honey. Every recipe also has its moment — a snowy night in a mountain hut, a fresh start to the weekend, or an evening out dancing with friends. The idea was contagious in the team: we invented, mixed and tasted the cocktails until every honey had found its recipe. Then came a three-day photo shoot to capture the drinks for the brochure — crystal glass, copper accents and dark stone, hard light and warm festive fairy lights. The box carries the same feeling: a copper metallic sleeve, a hexagonal bee pattern, a satin ribbon that turns sliding out the base into a small ritual, and an insert for six jars. It is also made to be reused — hence the #DULMONEUPCYCLE on its back.

THE RESULT

The box was printed by Packconsult Bulgaria and reached customers in time for the holidays, with no compromise on quality. It turned six jars of honey into a gift with a story and carried the "nature's treasure" idea from the shelf to the holiday table.
